Stair install needs to take place as soon as possible to ensure we have enough time to fabricate and install our interior handrail to pass C of O. Chad F. has threads scheduled to be installed next week, which should be enough time for the handrail to be produced.
Door jamb installation is continuing. There will be more drywall patchwork than Magleby expected which could hold up the start of paint. Chad F. is expecting to have all doors hung by 12/12.
We should be seeing demo plans by early next week from Project E, which is the engineer WPR has retained.
