Innovative Iron continues to struggle to meet schedule expectations. Chad and Zach are working on getting them wrangled. The part of their scope that poses the highest risk to our schedule is the interior handrail, as it is necessary for a Certificate of Occupancy. With the holidays coming up and stair treads still not installed, there is a chance it comes down to the wire.
Door jamb installation started today 11/24.
WPR’s mark up of areas that will probably require rework has been shared with Magleby. Zach is putting together estimated timelines. One that assumes HVAC rework starting as soon as possible and one assuming rework is held off until after the house is turned over.
Britta is finalizing furniture selections. She sent a summary package to Diane for review and will share an updated budget in the next few days for approval and payment.
Tile installation continued last week.
