We learned late last Friday that a new superintendent will be taking over for Tyler, I expect an email from Zach or Jon on this shortly. I have not met the new site manager yet, but we will do what we can to bring him up to speed as quickly as possible.
Templating started last Wednesday. This is a big milestone for the project as it is directly linked to many trim out and finish activities. Magleby decided to pivot to a different stone installer for this project that can hopefully perform better than what we have experienced across the other lots in the village. That said, this activity will be a good indicator of the end date being pushed if installation of countertops is delayed.
The team is still working towards a solution to resolve the door jamb size issue.
Enough tile and flooring was installed to get cabinetry installers back on site today (11/10).
We are waiting on a final revised design from WPR and requested a rough timeline for the HVAC rework from the Magleby team ahead of hearing from WPR.
Tile installation is ongoing.
