Tile installation is ongoing, mudroom is ready to be grouted and installers are working in bath 3 and the guest suite. One of the tile types that will be used in the mosaic in the laundry room seems to have not been delivered. Magleby is working with Earth Elements to track it down.
The door jambs were manufactured smaller than expected. Britta will be on site next week to look at different options to maintain design intent and schedule.
Dahlin and the consulting engineer are working through their revised engineering for the first couple of lots and the process is taking longer than expected. At this point, the directive to Magleby is to proceed as planned with the current schedule on D11 until we have resolution on exactly what ductwork needs to be replaced or reworked. Heat pumps and fan coil units have been sized for all lots and will be ordered while ductwork plans are redrawn.
Cabinetry installation has been confirmed to start back up early next week. The kitchen and entryway cabinetry will be delivered and cabinetry installers will start re-installing cabinetry that was removed to properly install tile.
Magleby is planning on templating all countertops that are ready next week.
