We are expecting a more precise solution and execution plan from WPR in the next week or two. Until we receive that plan, we have directed Magleby to continue work on site per schedule.
Tile prep continued last week, Magleby is shooting to start laying tile early this week. Flooring should have been delivered for acclimatization Friday (10/17), with crews lined up to start installing today (10/20).
Cabinetry install should resume the week of 10/27 if enough flooring and tile is installed. The biggest area that still needs to be installed is the kitchen which should be installed the first week of November.
Shower pan prep continued.
Ceiling T&G installation continued.
Bunk bed installation was completed.
Elevator was installed.
