Initial engineering reports for the first few D-lots indicate that HVAC/cooling components will need to be upsized throughout the home, and on most lots. An individual evaluation for D11 has not yet been published but it’s likely that there will be component upgrades that require some interior finish demolition and rework. Owner’s will not be responsible for improvement costs. RAG will provide more information as we learn more.

Zach shared an updated schedule over the weekend. Due to miss sequencing trades Magleby had to add 8 days to the overall project timeline, countertop templating for the lower level is now scheduled for 10/31.
Plumbers reworked drain locations ahead of starting the shower pans.
