We are waiting on a delivery date from Precision Millworks, but they have all the information they need to get the door slabs and jambs stained. Unfortunately, the jambs were prepped for the wrong kind of strike plates. Magleby is working with Precision on a path forward. They will either have to pay for different strike plates from Earth Elements or remake the jambs.
The 3rd party consultant that was engaged by Dahlin Group has begun evaluating the required cooling loads of each individual home based on aspect and floor plan. We are awaiting a formal timeline from WPR with analysis completion dates for each home.
Floor prep did not take place last week, it is scheduled to start on Monday (10/6).
Tile prep did not start last week, Magleby is now reporting shower pan prep will start Monday (10/6). RAG continues to check on this progress and push to get tile install started.
We met with Magleby to discuss the best path forward on Friday (10/3). Cabinets will need to be removed and re-installed for proper tile installation in a few areas. Zach is planning on meeting with Craftsman and the flooring installers to finalize a timeline. Once this is done we will be able to identify any delays to templating and our critical path.
