KJ finished replacing the floors early last week. All flooring on the main level (excluding the JR Suite) and in the primary bedroom has been replaced. All baseboards are re-installed and now Magleby is coordinating touch up work on the walls.
The flooring reinstallation work took much longer than KJ and Magleby initially communicated. In the OAC, we had a substantial amount of questions that Zach couldn’t answer, several of which are still open items that need to be coordinated and approved with the trades and RAG before work can even start. Additionally, there have been trade attendance issues, quality issues that have lead to trades redoing work multiple times, the dates from Magleby that are inaccurate. All of this contributes to a substantial amount of work remaining before our punch date on October 15th.
The golf simulator should be fully installed by Oct. 2nd.
The garage doors are installed.
Magleby has confirmed that the elevator is commissioned.
The kitchen patio stone work is complete.
Final soffit installation on the Jr. Deck is ongoing.
The playhouse exterior has been painted.
