During our site walk last Wednesday, we found that the interior handrail finish was not completed properly. As a result, Innovative Iron will need to remove the installed portions of the handrail and transport them to a sandblasting facility, where the existing finish will be stripped from all components before the handrail is re-patinaed.
Magleby has confirmed that this should be completed by the end of the week and should not impact the CO inspection. This is cutting it very close and there is a high likelihood based on how they have performed that it will take longer than expected.
The dedicated conduit providing power to the heat pump has been installed beneath the driveway. Magleby anticipates having the HVAC system fully commissioned by the end of the month.
RAG met with the moving company on site last Wednesday to walk through the home and review the upcoming furniture installation. At this time, furniture installation remains scheduled to begin on September 22.
Landscape installation is now substantially complete.
The handrail installation started, but will need to be removed.
Drywall installation was completed.
Tile installation is continuing.
