Context: Progress has been steady this week, Magleby seems to have resolved most framing issues. This is a medium risk because there is a chance this activity will be held up by stair and door jamb install.
Context: Innovative Iron made a mistake during fabrication and are now working on re-fabricating the upper part of the stairs. This is a high risk item because no install date has been defined and if not resolved it will prevent the drywall hanging from being completed.
Context: Door Jambs are scheduled to be delivered Monday and installed Tuesday. This is a high risk item because across our other lots delivery delays are common. If this is not completed
Drywall hang has been the main activity ongoing this week.
Staircase install has only been finished to the lower floor. Magleby is waiting on an install date for the rest of it from Inovative Iron. This will hold up the finish of drywall hang if it doesn’t happen next week.
Door jambs are scheduled to be installed on 8/12. This is in line with their schedule, however, if this does not happen it will delay drywall finish, as they need to tie in their bead to the side of the jambs before taping them in.
The biggest challenges that could slow down work are the door jambs not being installed as well as the staircase not being installed. They are high risk because we have not seen components like these being delivered and installed on our other lots in a timely manner. We will have a better idea next week as to when drywall will be completed based on whether or not they are able to meet their schedule on these scopes.
