Magleby has confirmed that the HVAC rework inside the home is substantially complete. They plan to test the system early next week, and if everything performs as expected, they will begin reassembling the house.
The stair rework is progressing slowly, but installation of the wood treads has begun and is approximately 25% complete. At this time, the slower pace is not impacting the overall schedule.
We are still awaiting an official response from the DRB regarding the proposed relocation of the backyard trees closer to the property line.
HVAC rework is substantially complete.
Beam stain installation in the great room has started.
The staircase rework is still on going.
