HVAC is the critical path. Most ducting and line sets are complete, with final connections, testing, and commissioning scheduled for May 11–12, followed by a Matterport on May 18th, and final wall/ceiling close-up through the end of May.
Steel structure is complete and finished; tread installation was slightly delayed but starting this week and not expected to impact schedule.
Interior finishes (tile, slabs, plumbing fixtures) must be sequenced around HVAC work, but are progressing steadily.
Handrails are underway and the exterior teams are completing siding and stone fixes around the flex deck.
We are currently awaiting an official response from the DRB regarding the proposed relocation of the backyard trees closer to the property line.
In the meantime, the easement agreements are ready for execution. Please confirm your preferred method for signing and notarizing the documents.
