HVAC rework is now underway throughout the home. Authority HVAC, along with the new HVAC engineer Paul Greenwood, have been actively working through RFIs. Chad F. shared that Authority is confident they can complete the work within 15 working days, provided they receive timely responses to outstanding questions. If that timeline holds, we should be in a good position from a schedule standpoint.
The staircase rework has experienced some delay, though it is not expected to impact the critical path. Innovative Iron is currently scheduled to return to site next Tuesday (4/21) to complete the remaining steel work. Following that, Chad has carpenters lined up for 4/27 to begin reinstallation of the wood treads.
