The HVAC AWA has been executed, and Zach has issued contracts to subcontractors to begin work as soon as possible. Magleby is pushing for Authority HVAC to mobilize as soon as possible.
Innovative Iron is expected to complete the realignment of the structural steel staircase components by Wednesday of this week. Carpenters are currently on site preparing the wood treads for installation, with Magleby targeting the start of wood tread reinstallation by the end of this week.
Decorative beam joints were sanded down to make sure they aligned properly.
Tile installation continued.
The steel portion of the stair rework is almost complete, Innovative Iron should be finished early next week.
Painters have started final paint in the lower bedrooms. Magleby has started doing quality control work and will be bringing back the tapers and painters to address deficiencies.
