Magleby will be sending a revised version of the HVAC rework AWA. Please forward the DocuSign to me once it’s received. I’d like to have WPR review and confirm that the AWA aligns with what was negotiated between WPR and Magleby before it is signed.
Innovative Iron is nearing completion of the staircase reinstallation. Magleby is currently remaking the wood treads and coordinating labor for reinstallation. The cost of this rework will be covered by Innovative Iron, and the work is expected to be completed within the next month.
Backsplash and countertop installation continued.
Tile installation continued.
Magleby is working through all MEP device locations and making final adjustments as needed.
The steel portion of the stair rework is underway and should be completed early next week.
Painters re-primed rooms as needed in locations unaffected by the HVAC re-work.
Feature wall was substantially complete in the entryway.
Garage floor was epoxied.
