Preliminary demolition is underway throughout the home. We are awaiting confirmation of the remaining HVAC rework budget and an updated construction schedule from Magleby. Zach shared a draft schedule this morning, and we will review and provide comments today. We are also expecting an update from the HVAC subcontractor following their walkthrough to assess the retrofit complexity now that demolition is wrapping up.
We informed Magleby that the modified handrail design was not approved and that the original design is to be installed. Chad F. is working on a solution to help minimize rework; however, Magleby is committed to delivering a handrail that aligns with the original design intent.
Counter top installation continued.
