We are currently in a holding pattern until budgets are approved by WPR for the HVAC re-work. I followed up with Zach yesterday about the demolition bid they have already received, but I haven’t seen anything yet. Zach conveyed that WPR is waiting on a budget from Magleby for all of the HVAC rework before approving the demolition costs. Magleby has committed to having the budget finalized for approval today (2/6).
Stair tread installation was wrapped up this week, however, the treads were not built to the correct dimensions and the initial handrail design will not work without some major remodeling. We are currently waiting on drawings from Innovative Iron for a handrail that will work with the stair treads as they are installed. Magleby may have to take the stairs apart and re-install them in conformance with the architectural drawings if they have to deviate heavily from the design intent.
Counter top installation continued.
Edging installation is ongoing.

Masonry was installed on front patio walls.
Painters started to stain the wood beams.
