Magleby, WPR, Gunthers and Killowen construction are working together to finalize a rough schedule of the HVAC rework. Once this is put together Zach will update the D11 schedule to include the HVAC delay.
WPR will be circulating a revised and amended assignment agreement (based on collective member feedback) to all North Village members early this week for final execution.
Stair treads are currently being installed, they should finish installation by the end of next week per Chad F.. With the HVAC rework beginning as soon as possible this has become less of a risk to the overall schedule, however, we are still pushing Magleby to install as much work as possible in any area unaffected by the HVAC work.
Final paint and plaster was pushed after the last progress update I sent out. Without a clear schedule update it is hard to pin point a start date, but tapers are on site doing patch work in preparation, this is the next critical path activity in most rooms that are not impacted by the HVAC work.
Counter top installation is on going.
Front patio work continued.
